Eazy-Peazy Indoor Playground — Local services in Milton

I hosted my son's 3rd birthday party at this playground and must say i had a pretty bad experience! While the playground area is nice and fairly clean for kids, I along with most of my guests found the owners and/or staff to be quite rude and unaccommodating. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than we were expected to so we asked if it was possible to enter the room if it was vacant (which it was) so that i could start setting up and was advised that it would cost an extra $25?!? No one was in the room...i paid just about $400 for 2 hours and that apparently cant give you 15 extra minutes when the damn room is not even occupied. Like really? Then, 15 minutes before our 2 hr window was done, one of the staff members entered the room walked up to me and asked in front of all the guests whether we were paying for extra time to be in the room, i replied no to which she rudely advised that we needed to leave in 15 minutes. At exactly 15 minutes staff members entered the room while myself and my guests were clearly already in the midst of packing our stuff to leave and began cleaning up as well as literally picking up our belongings and either throwing things away without asking or placing them outside of the room. Completely rushed us out and "threw" us out of the room. One of the staff even grabbed 2 cellphones off of one of the tables to which my friend had to say she would take them and was told "yeah" otherwise they throw things away?!? Additionally, not one person asked how the party was going/went nor did we even receive a thank you for our business. Terrible, terrible customer service! Definitely would not recommend hosting a...

"NEVER BOOK A PARTY HERE!!! NICKLE & DIME YOU ON EVERYTHING, HIDDEN CHARGES AND FINE PRINT RULES!! We had our son's 3rd birthday party at Eazy Peazy in Feb 2018 and the customer service we received was terrible. The desk staff were barely polite with ourselves or our guests. We were having a great experience for the most part and the kids were enjoying their party. We had set up a photo booth to go with the super hero theme we had set up and we had taped a plastic table cloth to the wall in our party room. Many staff had been in and out of the room while we had set up the area for the kids, no mention of any rules about decorations being set up in the party rooms. At the very end of the party, a staff member popped her head in to mention that we can't have anything taped on the walls and we would be liable if there was damage. I 100% understood, and was also confident there wouldn't be damage given we use scotch tape. I carefully removed the backdrop and confirmed there was no damage. When my husband was making our $350 payment before leaving and we were informed that we also owed $25 for breaking the rules, with taping the backdrop on the walls. I asked if there was damage, and she claimed no, but you broke the rules so we charge $25. I couldn't believe it - I made them well aware that a charge that high is excessive, and without damages it's uncalled for. They didn't seem to care, obviously the $25 meant more to them then me or any of my guests returning for future business. We have always loved frequently visiting Eazy Peazy with our children. Whether it’s rainy day fun, play dates or hosting birthday parties. This facility is in fantastic shape and is always extremely clean compared to other play places in town. We recommend it to everyone.

However, there was a situation this afternoon when we visited with friends who came from out of town. Their child was approached by an aggressive man and he was yelling in her face (inches away) which made her cry. Kids are going to be kids. The gentleman’s daughter pulled the other little girls hair and she defended herself (her head was actually split open a week or so ago, so it hurt her even more than it normally would) The parents exchanged words and the owner became involved but the gentleman who thought it was appropriate to yell aggressively in a child’s face was permitted to stay. As the other review that was left this afternoon said- this is a place for children to have fun and for it to be a safe and fun environment. With individuals such as that man being permitted to stay after behaviour like that to a child is unacceptable.

Unfortunately we now feel uncomfortable and don’t see ourselves going back in the future. We hope this is a learning lesson for everyone involved. An...
