Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Milton

Went here today and had a horrible experience. This is what happened,

We came out of the drive thru, mom and brandy passed back my items. As we pull away brandy and mom yelp in pain, I seen Brandy holding the cup, she went to put it in the cup holder and the lid slipped off and spilt all over her leg, moms leg and the car. The lid had never been placed properly. So mom quickly parked and went back into the store. She came back out with the manager and another employee followed behind. Mom was explaining what had happened and showed the lady the car and Brandys leg. Brandy even explained that her leg was in a lot of pain, the manager kept yelling at mom for mom to stop yelling at her even tho mom was not yelling. The lady then yells what do you want me to do? There’s nothing I can do for a burned leg. So she knew her leg was burned, she knew the car interior was destroyed because she saw it. The lady yelled to call the 1800 number at mom and just kept blaming her employees. She talked to mom in such a horrible manner and talked about her employees as if they were garbage. MOULDY BREAD!!! (I posted the photos separately: “always fresh” my butt!)

I went through the drive through, ordered a grilled cheese and took a bite into a mouldy piece of bread. The mould was both outside and hidden in the inside. ALWAYS check the bread for mould I don’t know how you can’t. I did work at this location once or twice years ago and I’m not surprised that it’s the one that served me mouldy bread because they would literally tell us not to bother cleaning the drink machines and so forth. I don’t know if that’s a commonplace practise there but yeah. Really disgusting. I noticed on the highway so we stopped at the Tim’s at the next exit (trafalgar) and they kindly replaced the sandwich for me. Please check your food before you eat it and servers please check it before you serve it. As a server in Tim’s and a restaurant it’s really not that hard to do quality control. Hopefully this was a random occurrence for everyone’s sake. Either way it’s a fat 1 star...

Went in around 11 am today there was flies on the food they were selling im not talking 1 there was 6 that i saw i ordered a coffee n a drink and 2 sandwhiches for me and gf the lady proceeds to tell me the drink they were promoting the mango chill was busy with the drive through being busy then i waited for my food for 15 mins the guy not wearing a hear net or beard net comes over n tells me there cooking the eggs finally after another 10 mins so now 25 mins in my food comes up i go to get it and the lady got me to tell her exactly what i ordered like i was going to steal it and almost gave my order to one of her indian customers if it wasnt short of the cook telling her it was mine and me making a scene and possible police coming (i have a short fuse) i almost asked for my money back the 30 mins in getting the food the food was horrible and cold .
