Candy Depot Moncton — Local services in Moncton

On February 4th, I made an online order, i had ordered pop and candies. I received the confirmation email saying they got my order, so next was the email saying they were shipping my order. A month went by and nothing. So i sent an email checking whats going on, no reply. I called the online order phone number on 3 different days, and multiple times each day, I even left a voice mail. No call back. So i then ended up calling the retail store explaining my concern, the lady obviously couldnt help me but she told me she would get in contact with the online order storage and have them call me. A few hours after, someone did call me, and explained that because I ordered pop they can't ship in the cold weather, so the pop doesn't blow up. BUT we were supposed to have nice weather in the next few days and they should be able to ship my order. I was okay with that answer, even if I live 3 hours away from moncton i had assumed my order could have been shipped and received in a day or 2 but anyways. So now we are in April, 2 months since i made the order, we had a bunch of nice days and nothing still. I ended up ordering my pop from Amazon, (it was the vanilla coke pop) since it was supposed to be a Vday gift and canceled the candy depot order.... moral of the story, don't order drink in the winter and Candy depot, you guys should put a warning on your website that you dont ship drinks in the winter, and you guys should really work on your customers...

I’ve been hunting down a few specific Funko Pops that have been sold out everywhere, and stumbled upon this website that seemed to have exactly what I needed. I took a leap of faith—hoping the site was legit and the Pops wouldn’t take a century to arrive. To my surprise, they showed up in just four days, which was faster than I expected.

Now, here's where the plot twist happens. I left a note asking for mint condition Funkos since these were gifts. Well, two of them arrived looking like they’d been through a wrestling match. The shipping box was pristine, so I know they didn’t get damaged in transit. They just arrived that way. It’s almost like they took my note as a suggestion, not a request.

At least they arrived fast… too bad they’re not exactly gift-ready. If you don’t mind Funkos that look like they’ve been through a battle royale, go for it. But if you’re hoping for mint condition, maybe...

This is a small store which still manages to have tons of wasted space. I guess coming from the US, I’m more used to candy stores being full of, you know, candy. Seems like half the store is filled with overpriced soda pop - $4/bottle...whah? Yeah, those prices - wowzers! I laughed out loud when I saw $12.99 on a box of cereal that was smaller than the box I pay $3 for at my local WalMart. Dude, you may have to import some of these things, but do they need a first class plane ticket? Lots of the products are available in local stores right here in Moncton, where they are much cheaper. Exorbitant prices and poor candy selection make this store worthless, and I find this...
