Horrible experience today... ordered and got my coffee went to the end to get my sandwich and muffin... got the sandwich no muffin... told the lady and she said muffin are up front pointed and ignored me... I said thanks for the help, and got a sparky your soooo welcome back... stated how rude that was and got a whatever back.... another lady grabbed a muffin from right behind the rude lady and gave it to me... she looked like she was more in charge and I told her that the other lady is rude... she shrugged her shoulders and walked away... so I told her that was rude as well... as I left the first lady yelled whatever after me and didn't expect me to turn around and say excuse me?!....

Management really needs a sit down about customer service at...

With there new amazing remodeling tims is greater then before. There interior decor provides a comfortable space for studying or just having a cup of Joe with family and freinds. Being a large part of Canadian history and pride time has been the spot for the best customer service, coffee and pastries along with meals. Every morning should start with tims and when we leave we are smiling from something kind and genuine the cashier said to us! The only downside to this location is the seating has lessoned the amount of seats to lounge in. I visit 1166 mountain road everyday but today at 1am, on May 12. I Ordered 2 coffee and an old leady surved it to me, the coffee was watery and not what we ordered but we left and came again after few hours. The same lady was there and we ordered same coffee, hoping it would be good this time but it tasted bad again. This time we went right back to her and politely asked her to replace it but she refused and said "I make it everyday, there's nothing wrong with it" and she tonted us and shut the window while I was talking. She was very rude. I hope the management notice this revew and figure out who was the employee working at that time-date and...
