Cremerie Gelato — Local services in Montreal

Had a great experimence there (especially the ice creams). They are gorgeous! (I came here because le chateau des enfant no longer sells ice creams lol)

The only problem is with the traffic. During peak customer times (7 p.m. ~ 9 p.m.), the entire road (Gouin) is BLOCKED. Moreover, the queue is long and takes about 15 minutes. So if you want to get some ice cream during the peak times, go to the chateau des enfants. They don't have as much choices (only vanilla and chocolate, they have became a bubble tea shop now), but you definitely don't...

The “gelato” wasn’t particularly good. We tried multiple flavors and they all had the same flaws. The flavor was pretty bland and the texture was grainy. There were small ice deposits throughout (probably because the density was insufficient). Gelato is supposed to be rich and full flavored & this doesn’t measure up. Best Gelato Period. The drive thru concept is convenient, although parking is usually available on the nearby streets. The fact that there usually is a line up speaks for itself....the staff is onsite to direct the cars and help all get their order in a safe & quick manner.
