Le 24 décembre j'ai parlé à Cheryl chez Northern Light Technologies qui m'a permis de sauver 200$ grâce à son honnêteté et sa gentillesse.

J'avais visité un "autre magasin" très très connu qui vend des lampes de luminothérapie comme la mienne la "Travelite". Après vérification de mes néons que je croyais brûles on m’annonce que je serais obligé de changer ma lampe.

Le concurrent me confirme que Northern Light Technologies à bel et bien un bureau à Montréal mais que de toute façon leur technicien me chargerait 100$ de l'heure et que la pièce défectueuse un ballast ne pouvait pas se commander.

Surprise, Cheryl chez Northern Light Technologies me confirme que la pièce se commande et que je serais capable "moi-même" de la changer.

Elle a commandé la pièce le 24 décembre et celle-ci m'a été livrée "à la maison" le 5 janvier 2016.
