I was unsure as to which type of chicken feed I needed so the lovely lady at the counter showed me 3 different kinds they have - all to which were in glass bottles so I knew what it would look like. I picked what I wanted, she explained how to go to the drive through and that I wouldn't need to go in the store next time, just go straight to the drive through! How handy was that?! I then went to the drive through line up and rather than waiting for all the people ahead of me, the girl brought the bag right out to my car! In my opinion, this was top notch service! I will happily shop here in the future. The last local place I shopped at of this type offered nothing but dog food and disappointment. Well done...

I was at country depot on Sunday. I left absolutely amazed with the customer service! Something I haven’t experienced in a very long time. As I was paying for my items a very friendly employee named Robert, went and got the feed I needed and brought it to the front. Without a word he picked up all the items. “You’re gonna carry everything out for me I asked? What amazing customer service! “ As I paid he headed out. I don’t know how he knew which car was mine but he loaded everything into my car and waited for me. He then asked me to pop the hood.. I had bought windshield washer fluid and he even filled it up for me! What an absolutely wonderful experience. This is how it should be done!! Thank you for everything...
