I had the chance to get a fantastic glimpse of the Sir Adam Beck Hydroelectric Generating Stations while riding the Whirlpool Jet Boats. The sight of these powerhouses from the river was awe-inspiring. It's a true testament to human engineering harnessing the power of the Niagara River to generate clean energy. We did the tour and it was interesting. If your not interested in dams and mechanical stuff you may not like this. The tour is about 20 minutes followed by a short 10 minute movie about the place. Your not allowed to bring bags but you are allowed to bring a camera...

Tour guide didn't really know much about electricity, just info on the plant. Seemed a little more than ignorant about anything power related that did not relate to Beck plant. 1 elevator... Quite the delay to...
