I recently had an otoplasty and ear lobe reduction under local anaesthetic at Verso Surgery Centre and I am beyond happy with my results. I spent years of my life feeling insecure about my ears size/shape, and when I finally decided to do something about it, finding a good surgeon was hard. I went for several consultations but I no one made me feel comfortable enough to trust them enough to proceed. Eventually, I found Dr. Kolenda and was very impressed not only by his qualifications, but with his bedside manner. During my consultation, I felt heard. He spoke with me at length and gave me a realistic idea of what to expect if I went ahead. I just felt comfortable with him and I felt it was the right decision to choose him. That same day, I booked my surgery for the next available appointment and before I knew it, my surgery day had arrived. The surgery was about an hour in length. When the surgery was over, nurse Natalia asked if I wanted to see my ears. She gave me the mirror, and I when I saw my ears, I became so emotional. The tears just flowed because I felt like I finally had the ears I had been dreaming of after so many years of wishing for this. Dr. Kolenda helped me finally feel like MYSELF. I am so grateful for his expertise and how talented he is at his craft because it truly is an art. I am only a week post-op but my ears look incredible and I have not been able to stop staring at myself in the mirror or smiling. Among the wonderful team members, there are a two that need to be given special recognition. I want to thank John for being so professional, responsive, and knowledgeable over email when communicating about my appointments and inquiries. I also want to give special flowers and a huge thank you to Nurse Natalia who never left my side on the day of my surgery. She was there to offer me water, tell me I was doing amazing, and be patient with me when I was nervous walking into the OR. She put a special warming blanket on me to keep me warm and I almost fell asleep during the surgery. She was so gentle and made me feel like I had a friend there with me. I honestly could not recommend this team enough. I just have a very grateful heart for my surgeon and the team that made me finally feel like me and I could never say thank you enough. You guys...

Hi my name is Troy . I recently had some work done at verso and thought it worth mentioning. First , the Dr., Dr Jack Kolenda was there to greet me after speaking with his assistant, who by the way ,was as intelligent as she was beautiful. They both explained all my concerns and since I suffer from a long standing battle with anxiety were able to earn my business but more importantly my trust and friendship. Of course I can't forget the amazingly professional and incredibly beautiful receptionist , nurses and staff members that made up verso surgery centre. I really was expecting something completely different as I had met with other surgeons and their staff. Wow, what a difference. I was treated like they had known me my while life and that came from each member of the Drs team . I found, after alot of comparing staff and drs, I that this was the place for me . Pre op , during and post op it didn't matter . If I had a question or concern no matter how ridiculous it was I was immediately put in touch with the right specialist to answer my questions correctly but also to my standards . Please, before you make a mistake and go somewhere else call dr. Kolenda you will not be dissatisfied. I researched dr. Kolenda for close to 3 months , he's a facial reconstruction surgeon and perfectionist. His nurses , technicians and staff are the best . They actually care about how I'm doing . I had to cancel my surgery recently and thought the dr. might be a bit upset as I wasn't able to give much notice but true to his name , character and that of his staff he was very understanding . My first operation looks amazing and I can hardly wait till January for my other procedure to be finished . Something people don't realize if they go to other surgeons is they will agree to do anything as long as there getting paid. Dr Kolenda explained in amazing detail why the procedure I wanted was not only the wrong one but suggested something completely different which I never knew was even possible and told me to wait a couple years for the best result. Who does that ?? Anyways, it's been a pleasure dealing with a straight up facial reconstruction surgeon and a wonderful beautiful friendly staff I just can't say enough . Dr. Kolenda & Dr. Tutino are a phenomenal duo. I went in for a consultation originally for a rhinoplasty that I had been wanting to get done for 10+ years. I decided at the last minute to also book a consultation for my breasts as well, as each doctor specializes in two different areas. Dr. Kolenda was referred to me by a friend whose rhinoplasty was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t a tiny little nose she got, he created the perfect nose that suited her already beautiful face. He successfully did the exact same for me. I am astounded by the transformation I experienced. With regards to my breast, I had extreme deflation from a rapid fluctuation in weight gain to weight loss in a two year span, which made my breasts go from a B to a DD back to a B. I told Dr. Tutino I wanted my breats to be lifted enough where I wouldn’t have to wear a bra, yet still looking natural and not overly fake. We went back and forth with size of implant, but when the day came to decide, I told him whatever size he thinks will lift my breast and give me the look I wanted, in his professional opinion. He did go slightly bigger, but I am forever grateful he did. They are perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the consultations, to pre-op, to post-op, both surgeons were able to answer any questions I had, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I also have to say their team at Verso, were so kind, knowledgeable and always quick to get back to me with answers for any questions I had. I would highly recommended both Dr Tutino and Kolenda to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you to Verso for making this what I thought would be a nerve wracking experience into a very positive one...
