I purchased a vanity online with the description stating "nothing wrong with it other than the cracked sink".
Got there and one vanity drawer didn't open, one didnt close properly, large chip missing from the counter top, saw the cracked sink, dented areas x 5, a handle was scratched etc. It was to the point that I couldn't accept it in that condition.
The lady working told me "to bad you already paid for it- it's yours. I asked her about the condition it was in and she would argue that it's worth 3k, tell me it's to bad and walked away. I had to approach her 3 times just to finish one conversation that she obviously did not want to have. I pulled up the listing and showed her the ad stating it was in good condition other than the cracked sink and she kept telling me it was to bad, I have to take it. I asked why she would lie in her add and she said to give her a break. Told me some doors don't open becuase they were not supposed to. The pictures show which ones open and which doesn't .
The entire situation was brutal and it was dealt with by a very unprofessional representative. I had brought 2 people to help me load this vanity and they had to sit and wait through all this B.S. Thankfully they understood I was getting stiffed and were positive in a negative situation.
The lady approached us an hour later when we were outside. She said she spoke with the owner Ashley, said I would be refunded and let me know I was banned from the store. Then said we were all banned. A pregnant woman and the one gent who came to help me load the vanity.

I was unable to pick up my items which took longer than I wanted. I apologized a few times and was told I would get a refund and was asked for my email address. I sent my email address and didn't see a refund, I sent a follow up message. I was told I would recieve by Monday, it was Thursday afternoon and my daughter just got out of the hospital. Ashley said it was sold. I asked why am I getting a refund on Monday the same I said I could pick up the item. I apologize, then I was block from the Facebook page. I could understand if I was rude or profane but not from asking a fair question. Truly unprofessional. If you sold it, then send a refund. And don't block until that transaction is done if you feel you need too. I don't know if I'll be getting a refund. Thing is, you must send your EMT as quick as possible to them to secure anything.
I too have bought items from the Facebook page, brought them home to find it damaged, they did give a credit although when selling something it should be stated, we are not sure of the condition or something indicating such.
