Ken & Marg’s Grocery — Local services in Ontario

Been going here for a long time, as I live in the area and today was the new owners first day (I know this because me and my family have been going to this place for years so ultimately I knew they sold the place) me and boyfriend usually go in but attach offs and maybe some candy so today we went in and I proceeded to get a bag of ketchup chips and a ice cream for my little brother. We go up to pay and the lady at the front says we have another ice cream with us we said no we don’t. They kept saying we did so we opened our bags and showed them the inside (my boyfriend had a bag cus he came from work and I usually bring my purse. They proceeded to say we did have it while cashing our stuff which we said again we didn’t I I said it was for my brother I only grabbed one I showed her my pockets afterwards so she realized we had nothing to hide. But really poor service on your first day don’t accuse your service of stealing ecspecially after we said we didn’t and showed proof. Highly unprofessional and we...
