I could not decide what to get on the Tim’s app because it didn’t give me all the options. I decided to call Montreal St and John Counter Tim’s as this is where I’d be having the food picked up from. I spoke with Cadence and immediately she was polite, friendly and informative. I asked her about my options and she even allowed me to give my order in over the phone which was extremely helpful to me as well as my boyfriend who doesn’t like to order if there’s a long line, it’s overwhelming sometimes. Cadence was very helpful and did not get frustrated with my indecisiveness. She spoke very clearly through the phone, I asked her about croissants and cookies and even if the store didn’t have the exact item I wanted, Cadence offered other suggestions which in turn helped me pick something else to ensure I’d be satisfied with my order and my experience with Tim Horton’s. Her patience and kindness as well as understanding her job made my interaction at Tim Hortons go very smoothly. She took my order and also verified who would be picking it up as well as what timeline we’d be looking at in order to give “the team” a heads up about timing. I believe her approach satisfies all parties and she seems like a strong team leader with great communication skills, essential for every successful business. Thank you Cadence, you are phenomenal and very much...
Read moreTo be fair this rating goes for all Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons has gone downhill over the years in my opinion.
A typical stop at Tim Hortons for me 95% of the times goes exactly like this.
I get in the drive thru line up, I ask for a fresh well stirred triple triple, arrive to the window pay the employee wait for him/ her to count the change while my coffee is sitting in the window getting cold (especially this time of year).
I am handed a Luke warm dripping coffee cup, I grab one of my own napkins I save for such occasions, clean the cup, the employee apologizes and says they did not notice the coffee on the sides of the cup when they handed it to me.
I take a sip while I am exiting the drive-thru, I drive right back through the drive-thru and ask for a fresher fresh well stirred triple triple coffee.
I arrive at the window and get an "I'm sorry sir, someone forgot to dump that pot out, this usually doesn't happen I hope you enjoy this coffee I made it myself" or something along those lines.
I smile and say that's okay, thank you very much and have a great day and on rare occasion they will give me a coupon for a free coffee next time I'm in.
If you do not enjoy your job look for a new one, Coffee is NOT! like wine! old coffee tastes nasty and no one enjoys throwing their money away, it does add up one...
Read moreWe have been coming to this Tim’s 3 times a day everyday for as many years it has been open. As of lately you never get a good coffee, there is either no cream or no sugar in the coffee, the odd time the sugar will be on the bottom and if you have something to stir it with you could enjoy it. (Don’t ask them to fix it as they will hand you the stuff so that YOU can fix it, not the worker who is being paid to do it). I have had a full hot chocolate dumped on me and my car which caused my steering wheel controls to not work and a $150 clean up fee. We have more then 10 hot chocolates making the chocolate and being hot water and cream.. Tonight I asked for a sandwich with just mayo on it (so no lettuce and no bbq sauce) the lady was going to charge me .30 for the mayo, I stated why am I paying to add mayo but take off two condiments it made no sense she snarled and said ok fine I won’t charge you…… until I got to the window and the price had changed and I asked again why she closed the window so I said that’s fine I will pay for the mayo but I want the lettuce and the bbq sauce on the side! Unbelievable and the language barrier is something else they are talking in their language and laughing at us being...
