EDIT: Head office contacted me and made things right. I cant remember her name, but She was a very nice lady and advised me that if I ever have a problem, I should contact them instead of the store as they are able to do more than store management. I will now return to Teppermans, however, I still do not recommend the store management. Only giving 4 stars due to store management. Thanks Teppermans Head office! :)
First off, I would just like to say that my Sales Person, Rhonda was amazing. She definitely gets 5 stars. She was very helpful when I was looking to refurnish my home completely. She was very patient with me as I was unsure of what i wanted. I did finally end up choosing a beautiful complete bedroom set, dining table, and coffee/end tables and paid cash for them. OK, so now the not so good. My daughter and son in law picked up my furniture when it was ready. When the guys from the store loaded my furniture, they damaged the dresser quite badly. My daughter mentioned it to them and they told her "it happens". I contacted the store and was told that I would need to contact head office the next day as this was on a Sunday. I then texted Rhonda and told her what had happened and sent her pictures. Within an hour, Rhonda texted me back and said they would replace the dresser....ok, all good. It is now 2 weeks later and I still do not have my new, undamaged dresser (that I paid cash for). I asked yesterday if they could deliver the new one and pick up the damaged one since I have been waiting forever for it to come in. I was told that they would deliver it for a fee of $119.95! What?!?! You are going to try to charge me to pick up an item that was damaged by YOUR employees and drop off an undamaged item?!?! I don't think so, Teppermans! I paid alot of money for my furniture from your store, and in the past years, I spent alot of money in your store. I will never purchase from you again, although there were quite a few more things I was going to purchase since I have to completely refurnish my home. I will take my business to Leon's or The Brick, where I will be treated better. Your customer service from the higher ups is pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to purchase...

They're no better than those guys who e-mail you with the good news that your long lost uncle, the Emperor of Nigeria, has named you as the heir to his vast fortune.
The "Black Friday Sale" is a complete scam. I had a cart of items that I put together less than a week ago but hadn't purchased yet. When I originally added all the items, there was no "sale". So, how come now that there's this amazing 70% off deal, the EXACT SAME ITEMS now total up to $800 MORE than before the "sale"? A couch that cost $998 last week with no sale costs $1300 today. A recliner that was $589 last week with no sale is $899 today. Such great deals, so wow, much amaze.
I called the store to get some clarification on pricing. The salesperson who answered the phone might as well have been a guy they pulled off the street that morning with no knowledge of anything to do with the company that they work for. He didn't know anything about this huge "sale" that was going on. How odd. After some humming and hawing he said I would have to put through the order with him on the phone to get the sale price. Super strange, but ok. I gave him my order over the phone and he said he would call me back to confirm. 10 minutes later, he calls me and says "Congratulations, this is the challenging order I've ever seen". Really? A living room set, a television and a bunk bed is "the most challenging order" EVER? Amazing. I was still willing to let all of this go...until I received the sales order and see he charged me for two separate deliveries and then a bogus "protection plan". I cancelled my order at this point and went to The Brick. They processed my $7k order just fine, somehow.

But want to report about terrible and pathetic delivery and installing procedure of this company. We got the bed delivered on Oct 30th .The delivery staffs were so unprofessional, they didn't had any courtsey to bring in any shoe covers but messed up the floor of our newly build home. Even after telling them to remove their dirty boots, they didn't cared saying "its the safety issue" but then what about our new home's floor safety? Who will pay or clean up the mess? Are u so cheap company that can't provide a shoe cover????????????? 😡😡😡 After this ,got one of items with scratches and we agreed to get a repair on it. The bed they bought in wasn't Installed as the so called "safety concerned professionals" didn't bring the right tool or what ever ? Left out with unfixed bed & Was told it will be fixed ASAP but who cares😡😡😡 On Nov 8th another professional comes in and the moment he saw the partially fixed bed says "Iam confused" and after spending 15 mins he says "I dont have the right tools" . SO WHY THIS GUY WAS AT OUR HOME ????? Just to waste our time ??????😡😡😡😡 And he says , we should call the customer care but this time I lost all my patience and clearly told him that he is the staff not me and do the necessary call right now! Anyway after an hr I received a call from the customer service staff..she was polite but didn't had any "sure" answers to any questions that I asked and she promised to return the call...BUT AGAIN WHO CARES???? no calls, whole weekend passed and today is 11th Nov , since Nov1st/the day we moved in , we are sleeping on the floor, AGAIN WHO CARES?????After spending this much money in everything ???? This is the DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE and HORRIBLE SERVICE I Have ever received. @Buisness Bureau I would like to reach upto you soon! I need an complete compensation for this...
