Sept 2022, I was in checking out two new recliners to replace a love seat in the family room. I found a good deal on a cloth Lazyboy recliner and decided to buy two, but one at a time as I could fit only one in my SUV. The price was $799.00 regular priced, and in stock, and he says 5 or 6 in stock. I paid cash, and took it with me. Quick sale and I was happy with my purchase. I offered a deposit on the second one to hold it, that I was picking up in three weeks. but the sales guy refused and said the chair was in stock and they had 4 or 5 in that color and fabric, so no need for a deposit. So three weeks later, I called and spoke with the same sales guy and said I'm coming for the second chair. His memory was useless and he had to pull my file . No problem, come and get it he said, and he will get one ready. I showed up 1 hour later and went to pay for my second $799.00 purchase, only to find the price went UP TO $1199.00 but he says it is on sale for $999.00 That's still $200.00 more money now in three weeks, and the sales guy smirked and said ya, the price went UP and that's the price now, no matter that I bought one identical to it three weeks earlier. I asked to speak with the owners, but they were out. I refused to pay that and left the store. I tried twice to contact the owners of the store with no return call or email. Ordered a new Kipling power rocker recliner lazy boy chair in November of 2022. The staff and owners there are great product came in and they delivered it shortly thereafter took about 8 weeks. Just a word of advice whatever chair you are considering to purchase make sure you place it against the wall at the store to see the correct dimensions of what distance you need and what space it will take and compare maybe that chair and others against the wall. Also each chair comes in different heights make sure you get the one that's correct for you. On a final note would make another purchase there for a lazy...

Just wanting to share a recent 'service/repair' experience. The two gentleman that attend to repairs are wonderful. They were able to repair my aunt's electronic recliner without issue.
