I am a shoe lover, so I love smaller independent shoe stores as apposed to big department stores and chain stores. I was on vacation, thrilled to find this store and ready to shop. It looks amazing but when I walked in the front door I immediately was made to feel uncomfortable. There was no greeting even though two ladies were in plain view. Not only did they not greet me, but when I tried to engage them they were very cold and almost seemed annoyed. Like I was bothering them by saying hello? Thankfully I am a shoe shopping Professional and another young sales woman appeared and offered to assist me. I wanted to walk out but because of her friendliness, I purchased 2 pair of shoes. While waiting to pay I had to experience Rudeness to other customers by the 2 other staff. I wanted to enjoy that experience and I would have purchased more if not for the rude attitudes and uncomfortableness. I won't be back and I won't recommend this store. They offered no service to me unless I inquired, for the 2 styles I was interested in. However, other non-colored patrons were greeted warmly as they entered, then nice chats exchanged, and services offered voluntarily.
