Only giving it two stars because Laurence, the instructor, was excellent with our daughter and very sweet - her rating alone is five stars for sure. Sadly, this is not the case for all their instructors. Aside from that, the school is very unorganized, impossible to reach by phone, never respond to emails, and have little no no courtesy when you do finally reach them. I went for my first ever ski lesson. Ella, the instructor, was very kind and patient, even having to help me getting up a lot of times and me weighing at least twice her weight. I’ll be back for the 2nd and 3rd lesson for sure.
