Pizzéria NO.900 - St-Sauveur — Restaurant in Saint-Sauveur

EDIT: I went today again for a drink while waiting for my lift to turn up. They were obviously understaffed; the waitress came quite quickly with a smile to take my order, but then told me in a rather unpleasant way that they can't serve alcohol without food (which wasn't a problem, I was ready to comply to that rule) but the waitress ignored me from that moment, never gave me a menu, I was left there to wait and was made to feel unwelcome. We are good clients there, I did not really appreciate. Therefore my 4* rating goes down to 2*.// Nice little cozy restaurant in the heart of the Laurentians. We had a table in the service lane with very little pass room. Ended up shifting all of our seats so that I wouldn’t get bumped into constantly. Pizzas had very little toppings, I mean VERY little. You have to pay extra to have sauce with your arancini, which I think is ridiculous. I found a hair in my arancini (from the sauce I think) and when I brought it to the attention of the server she said how it was impossible it was their fault. She took away the plate and then proceeded to bring back the hair on a napkin to show us and explain how it’s obviously not a human hair and could not have come from inside the restaurant. For years, I was complaining that you can't find in Quebec a real Italian pizza, like you eat in Naples. The only exception was La Trattoria in Kirkland. I am delighted to report that now there is another one - Pizzeria 900. We took antipasti - as good as in Rome. Their burrata cheese (they make it in-house) was actually better than we ever tried in Italy! And their pizzas, OMG. Real authentic Italian wood oven, great dough, paper-thin crust, and flavourful toppings. I felt like I was back to Naples. Now I have a pizza haven in Sant-Sau to come back to... Service is fantastic, fast and prompt. Great decor. Will definitively return and recommend to friends....
