It was such an amazing experience to visit the Segway tours. Sam and Quentin are the best hosts and the sweetest couple I’ve ever met. We had such an amazing time together that we went there twice in two days . Yes, it will sound that the price is expensive for one hour, but it is totally worth the experience. They were very patient to teach us how to ride the Segway and made sure all of us were very comfortable before we start our trip. Throughout the journey, they made sure we were safe and knew the ups and downs of the route so that helped. They gave us enough breaks in between to click pictures. We went on different trails both times. We had a great conversation throughout the trip and clicked a lot of pictures. They were very informative in telling us about various things that came along the route. I would totally recommend taking the ride whenever you visit Cypress Hills. It is totally worth the money and time. You will definitely have a lot of fun with your friends...

This was the best part of my vacation!! My husband and I took our teenage daughters (13 & 15) and it was so fun. None of us had ever been on a segway before, but right from the start Samantha and Nolan gave us easy, clear instructions and made sure we were all comfortable before hitting the trails. Immediately I knew this would be the highlight of our family holiday. The trails and views are beyond pretty…. I could have easily spent more hours out there. It even rained off and on but I didn’t care. I think I had a smile on my face the whole time! Sam was so knowledgeable and pointed out things along the way. Besides the actual Segway tour, the folks running this are just the nicest, most genuine people. I can’t wait to go back to Cypress Hills and do it again. 100% recommend. Don’t hesitate,...

My partner and I booked in the late morning for the 3:30 departure ( one tour per day). Nolan was very polite on the phone and equally so in person. Despite being only the two of us going today, the tour went ahead! The wagon was very well constructed and cushions provided. The travel speed was slow to keep the ride comfortable and leave lots of time to observe. He stopped at a few spots to inform us of things and stopped when asked. Great way to see the immense diversity and soak in nature. I did mention that an exhaust pipe going vertical to the height of the roll bar would be better for passengers , and the driver, in most cases. Very good value and if you appreciate wild flowers it’s amazing. We did see a deer in its beautiful summer...
