ROWERS: When you arrive at Henley Island, you cross a narrow bridge. There is parking in both directions after crossing, but for the big regattas, you will generally be told to go right. Drive all the way around and park on the grass. This has always been free for us. For smaller regattas, or off season, a smaller parking lot to the left is normally available. Sometimes they charge a fee, but not much. If you are bringing boats, the only way in is to the left.
If you have not tried it, I highly recommend the rowers breakfast at the Henley Island Helpers restaurant. Nice people, good food, good portions, and a good price.

I particularly liked the clam chowder. The Muskoka Brewery supplied a good variety of delicious craft beer. Two stages were set up and alternated so that there was always live music playing.
