I wish I could give you 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. I was called to pick up my order and since my order was big and i have only two hands , told the cashier to give me few seconds to leave my food on the table and i was rushing back and even dropped my food because he seems to be rushing you to take everything at one go and started taking next order and when I went back to pick up remaining order and informed that i dropped the food , he said wait because he is taking another order . He didn’t finish with me yet and started focusing on another customer and even gave me half the order. When i went to complain he had guts to say i do not care and you (customer is wrong) and i am right . He kept talking back to me with an attitude and said he doesn’t care if i complaint to the owner. I would never come back and spent a penny here where they do not know how to treat a customer. I said you are in wrong industry where customer is always right but he said he doesn’t care. All i went to explain that finish completely with one person and then focus on another so you don’t rush the customer and give them time to pick up food. I have my own business and we know when client complains they need to be acknowledged but no this guy thinks he just working their to get paid. What a shame to people serving food that goes into your body with bad energy. Never ever coming back and all the indian aroma kitchen branches including taash. This review is for the truck at Niagara on the lake outlets. Shameless guy at the cash. That’s why people say indians have put customer service to low level....
Read moreLet me say, I'm not a review writer. I am however some what knowledgable of Indian cuisine. If youre seeking flavor authicity, (and something I'm finding difficult to find during COVID which is) CONSISTANCY with take out. Then please order here. If youre searching for a fantastic butter chicken or lamb curry. This is the spot. The flavors are rich, decadent and the portions are generous. Their chicken Biryni (also comes vegetarian) has become my new comfort food. Theyre samosas are crispy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside. A lovely variety of Roti (Naan) to follow suit. With plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, which i am neither but I couldnt resist trying their vegan Dal Tadka and let me say it was worth going meatless. One of best parts about this little spot is that it is family owned. Mother and Son are cooking away in the back while Papa takes care of the incoming clientele. It's easy to see that this family takes pride in their work. They've taken an old run down KFC and turned it into something incredible. Theyve created a great menu and have refined the delicate balance of spices used in indian cuisine to create something truly authentic and original. St Catherines is lucky to have you here. I cant wait to try more of this menu and I hope you...
Read moreOkay....this place is lights out delicious. It was their opening night so they were busy! We had the samosas first, ordered our other food then went back to pick up the rest of our food a little bit later. From the Indian Street Food section of the menu we ordered the Aloo Tikki Chaat. The combination of the creamy yogurt with the house special chutneys was delicious. (This was recommended to us as they were sold out of the Pani Puri, so glad she suggested it!) From the appetizer section we had the Paneer Tikka which is chunks of Indian cream cheese marinated in a tandoori spice blend and then grilled. For our mains we had Chicken Vindaloo (which was spicy and very flavourful) and Butter Chicken which was super tender(and the best Butter Chicken I've ever had!) The food was so delicious. Awesome to have such delicious food in the Northend!! Definitely...
