Booked two sleigh rides for Christmas Eve but the elements were against us and flights were cancelled. Thought we weren’t going to make it at all so was thinking might have try again next year (flying all they way from Australia) and rang from Vancouver airport asking to rebook it for next year and they said yes which was good. Ended up getting there a day and a half late under our own steam and asked to be on standby for any openings and they said yes. Unfortunately nothing opened up so we missed out. Hoping for maybe even a partial refund from one of the two rides booked but no joy. Understand they were entitled to something for their time and due to unique circumstances we couldn’t give them a lot of warning of a “cancellation “ but to be left with nothing was disappointing. All I can recommend is booking for the third or fourth day you are at Sun Peaks in case a once in a generation snowstorm closes down airports while you are mid flight over the...

The ride was amazing. I had a friend of mine who was a beginner riding with me on our ride and both Rebecca and Robert were extremely helpful and understanding.

Whenever my friend had questions, both Rebecca and Robert had all of the answers and gave us a great demonstration prior to us going on the ride.

We even got the chance to hang out with the horses afterwards, and my friend even mentioned that she would love to have the chance to take lessons if she came back up here again.
