SKETCHY! SCAM employee….came in today, my purchases have always been the same price, but today your employee wouldn’t let me touch the interact machine until he pressed a button, saying he had to punch in the total price of my purchase on the card reader first…I was confused cause when he returned the tap machine to me there was no tip option!!!?? There is a tip option everywhere. My purchase was $4 more than every other time I have come in….walking back to my car I realized he punched in his own tip%….scammed me right in front of me.

It’s funny how they post pictures of thieves that steal their product, yet they don’t post pictures of their employees that steal from us patrons.

Every body watch your purchases when you patron this establishment.

UPDATE! Cannot post response to owner, the day was 07/09/2024 @ around 4:20 pm. Please look into this….I just looked back at my bank statement and I always pay $22 and change for the same spirits on daily, after the guy with tattoos added his tip I payed $28 and change that’s a $6 and change tip not $4 that I did not give him…that combined when he handed me the debt reader there was no choice to even give him a tip. I used to come here regularly and got great customer service. Until my most recent visit, Monday, May 29 @ around 3:30pm. There was a blonde/white haired older lady working the cash register. I did recognize her from previous visits, she was never kind to me like the other staff but she wasn’t rude until yesterday. I went in there with my friend and instantly we both overheard her swearing on the phone…. She was taking a personal phone call and was not happy. When we came to check out she was extremely rude to both my friend and I. She did not want to serve us and acted like she wanted us to get out of the shop. We felt like we were interrupting her phone call. We ended up leaving and going to another liquor place, this place is so close to home and I was a regular here… but after that incident I never want to risk the chance of seeing her again. She was not pleasant...

Absolutely horrible service. Won't accept student ID as a second piece of ID even though it is specified in the bc regulation that it is. I wasn't even the one purchasing nor did i touch anything. Continued refusal even after showing proof that it is a valid piece of second ID in BC. This place violates BC regulations. Employee name is Isaiah. Regardless of if its a private store they still have to follow regulations. Used to go to this store often but wont anymore....
