AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MONEY GRAB LEFT AND RIGHT

$1000 down the drain.

Came to open pool and replace sand at $750 told me I had broken piece, charged $280 to return and install the piece($100 online). Another broken piece leads me to buy the piece.

THEY WONT COME BACK AND FINISH WITHOUT CHARGING ME MORE. They left chemicals at my door and said deal with it. Super unfriendly and have a specific admin position called "problem solver" for all the BS they put people through....NOT OK

*NOTE The Service Techs (guys who come) ARE AMAZING!!! 12/10 service; couldn't ask for better humans, wish this was carried over to the administrative side.....but obviously not as they just grab your cash and leave you high and dry. TO YOUR RESPONSE

There is no leak, I fixed the plumbing issue which you said was out of scope of your work(fair). BUT.

The pool runs fine. I am doing it now BECAUSE YOU REFUSED TO FINISH the work you started. I had to spend 4 hours learning and call in a favour from a family friend to teach me how to open the pool: Backwash, shock, and chemical balance - which is literally what I paid you over $1000.00 to do.

Problem Solver is not a good position for a company as it presents the look you cause a lot of problems with your poor service. Which is an accurate representation of what I received. (AGAIN NOT THE SERVICE TECHS WHO ARE...

Less than impressed with the service - initially bought recommended chemicals after we brought our pool water in to get tested. Stating we had water trucked in, and topped up with well water. We chose R&R because they were close to home, and had decent reviews. $230 later, after following the directions provided and we had a green pool. My husband went back with another water sample which wasn’t tested again but the employee said we would need two other chemicals, which would be an additional $100 +/- after just spending $230 that we trusted would have the pool ready to swim in. They also couldn’t guarantee it would work. My husband was upset, rightfully so and left without buying any additional chemicals. We took a water sample to another local store and come to find out all we needed was a $15 bottle of stain prevent. The employee at the store looked at the list of previously bought chemicals from R&R and stated we didn’t need half of the chemicals bought, they also noticed the prices were significantly higher for a lot of the chemicals at R&R. So, in the end chose wisely which company to spend your hard earned money at. We would...

We are so very pleased with the services provided by R&R Pools. We have been courteously and promptly served in all our question, requests, or concerns. Anytime that I have a need to call, I find that Kelly or Stephanie are good humoured, patient, and efficient in addressing my needs.

This is our first year after having extensive pool reparations and work performed by the R&R Pool team. Our pool is our paradise and the backyard oasis advertised. I wish to expressly thank Rafat and Dwayne who initially opened our pool-friendly, informative, attentive to details and particulars to our property. Rafat has since returned to continue and conclude the Opening Service we contracted. He is extremely polite, tidy, and respectful of our home.

Thank you to all the team at R&R Pools. Who need to travel anywhere when you have a poolside holiday waiting in your own...
