Nineteen — Restaurant in Timberlea

We decided to have a year end get together at The Nineteen and what a great choice ! We had our own private room which was free as one of our members was a resident at Brunello so that was a bonus right from the start! Jon Cyr was excellent to deal with through email & a phone call; we all LOVED the ability to pre-order and we were able to set the time so we could socialize and everyone’s food arrived at the time we set to have dinner. One member of our group had peanut allergies so they took extra care to tend to this so that food was not cross contaminated 👍🏻. We had arrived about 20 minutes early to learn they had forgotten about our reservation, but the hostess was able to put something together for us quite quickly. We were sat in the board room and unfortunately the windows had no cranks and remained shut. Our friends have accessibility limitations and unfortunately there was a sandwich board in the accessible parking. I had ordered an old fashioned which was 90% water and crushed ice so that was unfortunate. The food was ok but for the location and the price we expected a bit more thought and quality. Always the same experience with food not being served to our party at the same time. Last visit specifically asked to have food served to everyone at the same time. After a long wait, had to go to the bar to ask for our drink order which seemed to have been forgotten. When food came, it was beyond cold and had to be sent back. One of the meals came back with a hair in it. Second drink order never came. Sent two emails about the horrific experience, and finally received a call from the manager. Asked if he could call me again the following week with a resolution, but never heard from him again. Sent another email, but no response.
