I have been to the arena once for a great game. The facillity is nice and the seats are good. There didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house.
Our frustration started about 4 months ago when we were trying to purchase season tickets. My husband left many messages for the LEC ticketing staff and never got a response. After months of trying to contact them we got an email saying how great the season ticket holder party was and that we could call to take care of the ballance of our tickets. After calming down some and letting a little time pass we decided to try again. No luck getting a return call. I decided the Wednesday before a Saturday game to try and get tickets for the one game as I really wanted to support the team and still love the guys even if the center staff can not give a call back. So I called and asked if we can exchange the season ticket down payment for 3 tickets to the game. (We had planned on 5 season tickets) She told me she would get back to me and I thanked her. I called later that day to see what the manager of ticketing said and she said they were still working on it and she would give me a call early the next day (Thursday). When I didn't receive a return call Thursday, I called early Friday. It is now Saturday and I will not be able to make it to the game as we were never able to get tickets. We were season ticket holders with many other families at another stadium and I know that many of them have also had a similar experience with the LEC staff. I really hope the team can survive this as many of us were willing to make the drive from Seattle to support them and now we have cancled our tickets and may not even come to see a game. We will be watching the...
Read moreOur family recently had a fantastic time at the Langley Events Center, where we attended a Vancouver Bandits basketball game. The entire experience left us thoroughly impressed and thoroughly entertained.
The atmosphere at the Langley Events Center was electric. From the moment we stepped inside, we could feel the excitement and energy buzzing among the fans. The stadium was well-designed, providing excellent views of the court from every seat, ensuring that we didn't miss any of the action.
Parking was a breeze, which was a pleasant surprise. The ample parking space and efficient organization made getting to the game hassle-free, allowing us to focus on enjoying the event without any stress or inconvenience.
Regarding prices, we found the overall value to be quite reasonable. The tickets were affordable, allowing us to treat the whole family to a fun-filled evening of basketball without breaking the bank. Moreover, the concessions offered a good variety of snacks and drinks at fair prices, making it easy to enjoy some treats during the game.
The Vancouver Bandits put on an excellent show, and the entire event was well-coordinated and enjoyable. It was evident that the staff put in effort to ensure that everyone had a great time.

Read moreWe drove out here to watch a Vancouver Bandits basketball game vs the Brampton Honey Badgers. We had never been to a Bandits basketball game and wanted to see what it was like. Both our sons are really into basketball and got us interested in it as well.
It was a bit of a drive from North Vancouver, taking about 1 hour on the highway on a Sunday. There is free parking right at the facility.
The stadium seats just over 5000 so it is about a quarter the size of Roger’s Arena. There are several food options like Triple Os, Papa John’s pizza, hot dogs, popcorn and pretzels among other food items. They had some red or white wines along with craft beers or ciders, water and pop to drink. We had Triple O burgers and fries for dinner during the game which really hit the spot!
The game was exciting with the Bandits coming back to win 87-84. They have contests so if an opposing player misses both their free throws you get a coupon for an A & W breakfast sandwich. You can also win a discount coupon for Popeye’s chicken if they shot more than 10 3s in a game which they had done before. Those did happen at both of the games we went to so you have a good shot of getting them.
It is a good sized venue and the food lines weren’t too bad. The food was less expensive than Roger’s or BC Place which was fair. You could easily watch the game while still getting food. Worth a trip and the Bandits are a great...
