Went there with about $200 in my pocket and i wanted to spend it so badly on games. I drive about 4 hours around ontario a week and thought i would add some new spots. Good time games was the new spot. I walked in and i was happy to see a huge selection of games. I started looking at there selection and they had no prices on games so i pulled out my video game price charting ap. Every time i asked a game price the staff would give me a price that was more than amazon. I have amazon prime so i get free shipping on amazon so i dont add that. But if it says a game is 10CAD and the owner of the store says 20CAD i just put the game back i could pay shipping and still beat their price. And i find amazon is expensive.
Anyway i wanted tetris attack. He said $20 i had the ap open it said $8 with prime shipping on amazon. I said nah put it back. He said do i have a problem with his prices. I said no and tried to continue shopping. He then asked what do you think its worth. I said its $8 on Amazon with free shipping. He said amazon doesnt have free shipping. He also seemed to be rude to me and said his price is fair. Needless to say i left there a little mad and went to retro replay where i spent over $200 on games. I got tetris attack for $6. Retro replay is a hidden gem in the tri cities.
Follow me on instagram and you can see the games i picked up from retro replay.

I first contacted them on Facebook with some questions about a console I wanted to rent. The conversation was prompt and so helpful. They offered suggestions, and asked if I would like to have them set aside a specific game with my console. Here's the best part - they didn't have the game I was looking for, but a week later (just days before I was going to pick up the console) they sent me a message that the game was in, and wondered if I still wanted them to hold it for me! I was so impressed that they remembered that I was looking for that specific game and got back to me!!
And then when I went into the store, the excellent customer service just continued! They were friendly and helpful. They had everything I wanted ready to go for me. I felt like they really valued me as their customer.
They also have a free-play arcade game at the front of the store. My kids loved playing on while I got everything squared away - bonus!!
As I left the store, they invited me to give them a call if I had any problems setting up the console or needed anything else.
All in all, a wonderful experience! GO HERE! This is not the closest gaming store to me, but I will go out of my way to come back here again based on their service alone. They go over and above here for...
Read moreI went into (Good TimeGames) the other day because I went there when I was young and I wanted to look into it again so I walked in and I was met with immediate hostility when I said I had a breathing issue and a mask exemption the employees including the manager said (it didn't matter and to leave or put one on) I thought he was joking and I said I can't then they all got louder and when I tried to speak to him and explain to him why this is wrong he just began repeating it and shouting over me as to drown me out and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. No one said anything and they all were okay with this sick messed up behavior, treating people in this way creates a dangerous precedent for how you treat costumers. The behavior you had only creates group mentality, distain or hatred of another group, and dehumanization. Manager and employees of (Good Time Games) your behavior was sickening to watch and receive where's your morality. Perhaps you've been demoralized and you can't see yourself anymore but the same thing you did to me was that of hatred. To draw a parallel what you did to me would be like asking someone who can't walk to get up because it's your store policy! Change, do better, honor people's exemptions and respect...
