Went in to place a take out order panzerotti and 2 small deep dish pizza asked for the panzerotti to have no cheese as my husband is lactose intolerant . When we got home the pizzas were delicious but the panzerotti definitely had cheese on it and was raw dough in the middle. I called the store and told them the issues with the panzerotti .they said we could go back and get another made the way we wanted it but was already home and didn’t really want to go back out again .they did take my phone number and said we could go in and get a panzerotti when it was convenient for us … 2 weeks later I went back in because I was doing some shopping at Zehrs .. when I went in and told the man at the counter that I had a issue the last time I was in with the panzerotti and they told me on the phone I was have a credit when I came in next .he did take my phone number and confirmed that I was on file but that I needed to purchase something to redeem that credit he suggested a small pizza. i said but I already really purchased the panzerotti and had to throw it in the garbage he said well the only way I can give you the panzerotti is if you purchase something first … this made no sense to me at all so I left I little confused and a little up set .never have I ever Hurd anything like this and I work in food myself was hoping to be won back as a customer not asked to Spend more money after having to throughly...
Read moreTheir customer service is horrible. I ordered a pizza online and waited 30 minutes before going to the store to pick it up. There was a bit of a line-up outside the store, so I politely waited a few minutes before going in to the store to check on the status of my order. There were about 5-6 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. Not one person approached me to ask me my name or my order information. I stood in the store for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. One server, in charge of the orders, walked right by me and blatantly ignored me. I went back outside to wait. 30 minutes later, when things seemed to die down, I walked back inside to ask about my order. One of the servers behind the counter heard my name and immediately knew which order was mine. She gave the impression that my order had been done for at least 15-20 minutes; but no one bothered to tell me. I appreciate that it was Friday evening, but to be blatantly ignored and treated the way I was treated was not appropriate. The food was good...and yes, reasonably priced...but I can get just as good for the same price elsewhere without being treated as horribly as I was treated at Canadian Pizza. I won't be getting food...
Read moreFood is great but the one time I asked for my pizzas to be well done they weren't. My wings were also soggy. I called them and all they wanted to offer me was a 25% off my next order. ANY OTHER place would of given me a credit. Not only did the guy laugh to me on the phone I called their store twice to talk to a manager but I received no call back. Straight up the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Yes their food is awesome when it is cooked proper but the fact I had an employee laugh at me over the phone because my good was cooked incorrectly but the face that the owner/manager didn't call back then I gave them my number. I don't care about free hand outs and I don't need them but when you cook someone's food wrong you credit them. I've ordered from skip the dishes and when my food comes cold which has only happened twice they credit me. I've ordered from pizza hut and they pushed my pizzas through because they were busy and it wasn't cooked properly...they credited me. I will never ever order from this place again. I hope people take these reviews seriously. As for the manger...learn how to run a business and train your employees to have respect for...
