A&W Canada — Restaurant in Waterloo

So, each time I come to this location lately (which is every morning) I get greeted with super rude staff.

The worse offender is a small angry Indian woman. She couldn't get any order right and argued with multiple people in this exchange. I had ordered 3 LARGE coffees. 2 with espresso shots in them and one black with cream and sweetener on the side. I was given my 2 large black espresso shot coffees even though it didn't look like there was ANY espresso shot put in there, I was told there was 2 per cup. So I said you missed my large black coffee and was argued with that I only ordered the 2 with espresso which was not the case. She made me a MEDIUM 1 cream 1 SUGAR I am diabetic which is why I ordered it BLACK. I was sick of questioning and arguing so I sent my partner in and then he was argued with saying "I had ordered exactly what she gave me and that she was right" she then started getting extremely aggressive slamming pots and cups all whilst arguing because apparently we were wrong and she was right.

Get some better front line employees. This is NOT who I would EVER want to interact with again.

It's Thursday November 10th this...

Around 10:20. I went to grab fries with my mom and pregnant wife. As my mom is diabetic and she cannot have a pop. I ordered sprite med and sweet potato fries paid them with my credit card . You had a worker working at that time name Sandeep. That guys fist of all did not know how to punch soda water regular and was asking me weird questions like we don't have sparking water or soda water just fvi its the other nob on the sprite drink in soda machine that guy i believe had no training and i don't believe that for what reason he was behaving like he own the place. I went to washroom and he would have not known that when you speak in your native language you would be extra cautious because some one might know your language. Moreover his audacity to talk about my wife ( pregnant women) it does not define the canadian values nor the canadian culture. I believe A&W respect canadian culture and values but today I feel bad may be a little guidance would help that guy to grow and learn the canadian values.

Visited this location today, June 9th, 2019 at 2:25 PM. We ordered dine-in, paid, and sat on one of their two tables with umbrellas at the patio/outside seating area. While we were enjoying our food and drinks, a chubby girl wearing eyeglasses and staff uniform interrupted us with an unusual and very unprofessional request, "Empty the glass cups into plastic cups as no glass cups can go outside! " We were sitting and eating at the restaurant's patio, no such rule has been shared upon purchasing about where to sit or not to sit, the glass mugs were offered by the cashier as we had no preference on glass over plastic, and the girl seemed to be lying when she put the blame on her manager who asked her to approach us with such a bold and unacceptable request after interrupting our meal and chat. I like A&W, and love their fries; however, I will never go to this location where the staff are rude and unprofessional. Do not go to this...
