AGA Saisha Golf Range — Local services in Hong Kong

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT BEING FAULTY.

Half an hour into my hour, the head of my club snaps off (no pressure / leaning on the club, not even striking a ball when it happened).

Thinking that this would be a simple case of replacing faulty equipment, the reaction was MUCH more defensive and immediately went to taking our entire deposit. They also took 30 minutes of my hour not giving me a replacement club and arguing instead.

The two jnrs I spoke with did their best and actually understood where we were coming from. Then the self assured, smug middle management turned up and was incredibly rude/unhelpful AND also admitted that there aren’t any terms and conditions that cover this event (so how the bell are you enforcing keeping my money?!). Not only that, they wouldn’t even check cctv to prove that I was doing nothing with the club at the time it broke.

You guys are an absolute disgrace to the sport and can keep my money, that’s not going to break my bank. I’m glad however I can keep my morales on the matter.

Such incredibly short sighted as well 😂 For the cost of a club you could have also had return custom from us, but you bottled that and none of us will be returning.
