RichKat Brewing and Restaurant (Sai Sha) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Dropped by Go Park for the first time, but right when I was about to explore, a sudden rain shower changed my plans. Ended up ducking into a nearby restaurant for a quick lunch—and honestly, not a bad detour at all. Ordered five dishes to share: Mushroom & truffle pizza, beef tacos, fried Brussels sprouts, calamari, and fried chicken wings. The pizza and tacos were definitely the standouts—flavourful, slightly better than your average fast-casual spot. The calamari and wings? More on the basic side, fast-food vibes. Brussels sprouts were crispy and addictive though. What really surprised me was the value—the bill came in under $500 (no service charge), which is kind of a steal given the venue’s location inside Go Park. It's not exactly central, but the restaurant itself is clean, the staff were friendly, and the A/C was cold (a must when Hong Kong summer hits full blast). Football night, beer and pizza, this place has it all! 😌 From fusion style pizza to their homemade brew, all these sounds like a perfect place to hangout and have dinner with friends! 👯‍♂️ Here are what I have tried:

•𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐩𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 榨菜肉丁蘭王蛋薄餅 This is a fusion between traditional pickled spicy pork and Italian pizza! Breaking the egg 🍳 merges this interesting fusion into a fabulously tasting pizza! 🍕

•𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐬 牛肉墨西哥玉米卷 Look at the size of that! It is huge and filled with stuffings! The beef 🥩 is also marinated so it is rich in savoury flavour!

•𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢 酥炸魷魚 The crispy skin is not too thick to give an oily feel while the squid 🦑 gives a chewy texture!

•𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐤𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 貓員外[星仔]啤酒醉烤雞 The chicken is perfectly roasted with a crispy skin and the meat is so tender! 😋

•𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐭 & 𝐇𝐎𝐏 𝐒𝐎𝐃𝐀 花魁 & 酒花氣泡水 These 2 drinks are their homemade drinks, with a creative take on alcohol and tea! 🫖 Perfect drinks...

Richkat is a Shenghen based craft beer producer that has opened up a few places in Hong Kong recently including this nicely located spot on the G/F of GO PARK in Sai Sha. They have a large outdoor seating area, indoor tables, pool table and do take-away orders as well. Opening times are 11am to 11pm daily.

Richkat offers draught and canned brand beer along with a menu of bar foods, pizzas and other savoury dishes. I've tried their new place at GO PARK a couple times now and have been happy with their Chocolate Stout and food. Calamari and waffle style fries have been fine, truffle and mushroom pizza better than expected.

There is plenty of space, the outdoor seating is very much child-friendly, staff work hard and are very nice. Service timely and prices reasonable. It is a good bar-restaurant setup if this is what you are looking...
