Wah King Garden Centre — Local services in Hong Kong

Not sure who the authors of the poor reviews talked to but I have had nothing but smiles and help whenever I have visited Wah King. I used to go regularly when it was still KK Horticulture, and didn't notice any change for the worse when Wah King took over. They have everything I need from seeds, soil, pesticides (organic or no) and equipment. They also deliver locally and advise on any special measures you need to take with plants you buy from there.

They also have a great stock of seasonal plants, ranging from very cheap ones to fantastic ornamental ones at the other end of the price scale.

Large variety to choose from, however, the service is terrible. Took over a week to deliver and when the plants arrived, the pots were either broken or too small for the plant. The two large palms kept falling over due to the size of the pots being unsuitable for proper support and the others had the roots growing out of the pot already. Their plants are not in good condition. When they delivered, some of the plants even died. The owner says they only sell the plants, they do not care, what happens after the sale. They do not respond to claims, the owner is very RUDE and has a big EGO, which is more important to him than his customer. DO NOT BUY HERE, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU...
