Park Mediterranean — Local services in Hong Kong

From people who have lived/ living there (they have a wechat group): not happy with the water leakage problems in 2017 (allegedly fixed nowadays) constant noise (drilling noise, construction a.o.), construction pollution and disturbance seeing and hearing construction workers who dont live there (people behave better in their own home) 6 days a week... When I was checking out the place recently, elevators and corridors still protected with plastics (due to construction everyday), indoor parking lot (people drilling/ hammering, lots of NOISE there) and corridor (homeowner smoke seeping out thorugh door in their home??) and also "clubhouse lobby" smelled tobacco smoke (or lot of mold/ dust). Could see cracks in paint/ walls inside apartment already, from construction(?) when inspecting closely... Several cement trucks (air pollution) was idling outside the property :(. Also workers(? dont think "well educated people"?! who lives there would be that careless) smoking and garbage near building entrance, flower pots. The apartment and garden looks VERY nicely designed for HK (maybe wood flooring is not appropriate in Hong Kong due to the high humidity climate) but considering all the current construction trouble, disturbance, the price seems too greedy (which regrettably the government might be part of, ("unable/ difficult to improve"?!) since selling land for unbelievably inflated prices is a big part of the current income?!)/ TOO HIGH COST! (+maybe don't move here until the constant construction work/ renovation is...

Don’t live here!! Never experienced a management company like this. The smoke sensor for open kitchen has not been working since day 1 moved in. And management company’s excuse is that all units are the same, it will malfunction due to humidity or for no reason. The best way is to take it out. The garbage room is shown in picture. No one will clean or clear garbage on a daily basis. And if you complain, they will drill right outside your apartment and make your apartment all dusty without cleaning. And the guard will ring your doorbell at 5am continuously plus banging your door because of system error. And when your garden alarm malfunction at 4am, the guard will tell you they are aware and they have muted the sound in security room but they are not able to fix the alarm in your apartment. So the alarm just went on from 4am till 5pm until they feel like to fix it. And they are never able to fix...

DON'T move here (its a mistake for this price!). this place is practically STILL a construction site (except Sundays and public holidays) in 2019 (risk for indoor humidity damage). something your unethical or incompetent agent will probably try hide from you. therefore the property will usually have more garbage than expected and workers disturbing (doing construction work). also gym, swimming pool, sauna etc nowadays cost...
