We have stayed in this hotel frequently from 2022. The quality of the service and cleanliness, quantity of amenities keep on declining. The room are all small hotel apartments, but if you look carefully you can easily find that cleanliness ends after the fresh linen is changed!Problem may be there is no manager in this hotel to whom you can complain! When we said we want to complain to manager, they mentioned there is no manager, apparently this place belongs to Bao Steel and each dept is responsible for their own act and seems all staff are sort of government employees.
