I had the worst experience in this place, I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It may be well located but we had the worst service and the dirtiest facilities I have ever stayed in. First of all, to make the reservation, I inquired for availability through whatsapp (option that they offer on their website) and they hardly answered me. I finally resigned to the idea of booking through whatsapp as they ignored my messages, so I go on an book via email. They day we arrived, late afternoon, we paid cash upfront for the two nights of our stay as requested by them. We left our luggage in our cabin and went to the restaurant to get a cup of hot water for a tea; surprisingly, we get charged for it. By this time it's already nighttime accompanied by a heavy downpour and there aren't any lights to lead us back to our cabin so we just have to use our phone lights to get there. When we're finally at the cabin, we realize all of the sheets in both the beds in the room have blood stains all over them. Disgusted and all, we have no where to go and ask for clean linens thanks to the fact that it was still pouring rain and that at that time (7.30pm) reception was already closed. But that wasn't the worst part, unfortunately, my friend got food poisoning and was very sick all night long, we waited until it was daytime again, which is when they open the reception again (7am). I explained what was happening to the clerk and told him we needed a refund for the 2nd night stay since we had to get to the hospital asap. His answer was that the cancellation policy states that we had to cancel 3 days in advance...? Really? If I wasn't already there it makes total sense but being already there... right... because who doesn't know or plan when to get sick. Anyways, our overall experience here: not even 1 star. Truly...

The walk from the roadside to the reception was about 8 minutes, with some herbs and fruit such as banana, coconut and mango trees along the way and occasionally Gecko that scurried away when we crossed their path. The reception built with a thatched roof and friendly staff gave us free mangoes.

The beach was about 30 meters away from the doorstep to our Glamping. There's a hammock next to our room, a place to sit in front of the room, and the washroom about 15 meters away. We have a key to access our private toilet, but as for the shower room, we need to share it with the other guest.

Although we were given with the little battery operated fan, it wasn't sufficient, and it only lasted for about 4 hours! We were sweating profusely and had to fan ourselves manually. To top it off, we could hear the sea crashed the shore, and it was very loud like a hurricane! It was scary and not soothing at all, and I was paranoid, fearing the sea water would rise and get to our room. That night, we decided that we're not putting ourselves through it for another night, and the next morning we asked for a change. We also saw a little boa sleeping peacefully next to the hammock at the Glamping.

The new room that we had was a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. And although the price for the room was double from what we're paying in the first night, it was worth the penny. The room comes with a private toilet and a shower, and most importantly, we have two standing fans and of course, electricity. Though it situated up the hill, we couldn't see the sea as the trees blocked the view. We could see our previous room just down the hill, and at night, we could still hear the raging wave, but it wasn't as bad as when you...

The very worst experience I've ever had!!!! |Everything seems to be in order on Instagram. I reserved a lovely "aire" cabaña with a balcony and an ocean view... Isn’t it great?|But in reality…. A dirty place: a stiky floor, hairs in the shower, a broken shower, and dirty clothing cupboards. Cockroach-infested (I've had this experience in similar hotels in the Ecuadorian and Brazilian Amazon, rural Costa Rica, my husband in Africa, and so on.) I never see that thing!!!; They go into the mousticaire and are all over the room at night. Morover.... The gorgeous caban with a view on the internet was actually face-to-face with two camping tents, all of the garbach that people put in the location, and the clothes that people put all over the beautiful plants in front of the caban. Isn't it great? Other important considerations: there is almost no space on the beach; for me, it is not a problem that you cannot swim in the sea, but there is almost no place to sit or enjoy the sun, and if you arrive to do so, several stray dogs will immediately arrive and jump into you in an implesant manner. |The frosting on the cake is that the hotel's employees are very unpleasant; at the very least, they must learn to be courteous. They don't care about the property either; everything is neglected, the beautiful outdoor seats and tables are filthy, and so on.|Result: We fled the next day after our check-in, despite having already paid for four nights through an agency—all on February 14!!!|Be careful. If you're...

This was truely our worst stay in Colombia. The price vs quality was just straight out unbalanced. I would say even rude to ask people to pay this amount for what you get. We paid 60 mil pesos for a tent without breakfast (in other locations we paid 60 to 70 mil for a nice room including breakfast). So including breakfast we paid 80 mil in total for 2 people. They first gave us a tent which was literally so small that my boyfriend did not fit in the tent (which they could have seen since we booked the night at the frontdesk). We then got another tent which was semi-bigger, atleast my boyfriend kind of fitted in that tent. But then the mattrass were in fact 3 old swimmingpool chair mattrasses on each other. Which meant we were actually just sleeping on the hard sand. We thought about taking a room since this was so terrible but according to the front desk the rooms were more that 200 mil per night, and when we checked some pictures of the rooms these were defintely not worth 200 mil. Would not recommend this place to anybody. The service was also just not there in fact, they missed the part that service in a hostel or hotel is kind of required I suppose...

Recomendado el glamping mar pero las camas deberian ser más confortables si es para una pareja.

Great place to stay all day or several days! Friendly staff, clean, wonderful landscape. A wide and long beach, with powerful waves arriving all day. Even some surfing can be done here. An eco - sustainable place, that have several options to stay: big tents, small houses made with natural materials, also camping is allowed. Good restaurant. Public bathrooms. Had a small tower upon a hill that get you a nice view of the Sierra Nevada mountains
