Graffiti Tour Medellín — Local services in Medellín

We really enjoyed the tour of Comuna 13 and highly recommend it to all. The transformation of this area is still ongoing and it is a brilliant insight in to the less privileged side of Medellin. The local street art is nothing short of amazing, with all the breathtaking colour you would expect from Colombia. One of my favourite parts of the tour was when we stopped to talk to some local rappers who put on a brief show for us. I don't know if you ever saw the movie Slumdog Millionaire but seeing the tour guides reminded me of the kids giving tours at the Taj Mahal. I suggest just going up the escalators and looking at the graffiti on your own. How much insight to graffiti is a guided tour going to give you.
