I haven’t worked with a travel agent in over ten years and am so happy that a friend recommended Annie and her services. In a year of much hesitation around travel, Annie was a lifeline. She is prompt, responsive, and collaborative. I gave Annie my budget, interests, activity level, and she put together a really exciting itinerary and worked with my family and I to make it perfect. She arranged for all lodging, activities, and transportation. I did not have to lift a finger and it was the most wonderful and well planned vacation my family and I have ever experienced. Once we arrived in Costa Rica and wanted to upgraded one of our rooms, Annie immediately made the switch and made it as easy as possible. We just got back from a fabulous week in Costa Rica all planned by Annie. This was the second trip she planned for us. Our first trip was 8 year ago and the trip she planned for myself, husband and 2 kids was so perfect I contacted her again to plan another trip to CR for 11 family members ranging in age from 14-82 years old- once again Annie did a fabulous job! She listened to what each family member needed, picked a fabulous hotel and scheduled our excursions that all went off without a hitch. Just back from a fabulous 2 week stay in Costa Rica, what a beautiful Country and people. We (me, my husband and our 2 children aged 18 and 15) discussed with Annie of Costa Rica Unique and Boutique where to go and what we wanted to see/do and she then organised everything for us ( happy to amend or re-arrange anything until we had the perfect trip planned.....) all transfers (by land, air and river) all hotels and all trips, in four different centres - Cahuita, Tortuguero, Arenal and Manuel Antonio.
