Used to make all my shopping here, through the online platform and then pickup, but the service went from "Meh" to "bleh". They would often not pack the correct amounts or brands, then they would make me jump through hoop to correct their mistake. Not only that, they would treat me as some kind of thief for wanting the error corrected and getting the correct items. They would then claim I had only one or two days to drive all the way back and get the correct products. Simply horrible, typical customer disservice you get in Costa Rica. I recommend buying in "El Empino" instead. Better prices, great promotions some days of the week like Thursdays, and they even give away a fruit of your choice when you do groceries with them (all the difference in the world in treatment by Jesennia, the manager at El Empino).
