Lilandor’s Horse Tour is truly an exceptional experience! Since a young age, I’ve been apprehensive about horseback riding due to a past accident. However, this tour changed my perspective entirely. Lilandor, with his unparalleled expertise and encouraging demeanor, provided the confidence boost I desperately needed. He taught me how to properly ride, turning a scary endeavor into a delightful adventure.
The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the family-owned waterfall. The views are simply breathtaking, offering a serene escape that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s a perfect blend of adventure and tranquility.
The horses, Moscow, Indio, and Jorhey, deserve special mention. They are not just well-trained but also incredibly well-groomed, reflecting the care and dedication put into this tour. Their gentle nature made the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Lilandor’s Horse Tour to anyone, whether you’re a seasoned rider or a beginner like me. It’s more than just a tour; it’s a journey of overcoming fears and embracing beauty, both in nature and within oneself. Thank you...
Read moreMy family went on a beautiful ride with Lillander, the owner of Establo Appaloosa El Castillo, a year ago and we loved it. The horses were well cared for and easy for riders with a range of experience. We rode up through property belonging to Lillander's family. The scenery was spectacular. Rather than leading us along, Lillander put one of our more experienced riders in front and told her that she could set the pace. At the end of the ride we took a short hike to a secluded waterfall. Lillander never rushed us and we spent awhile at the waterfall taking pictures and enjoying the water. My favorite part of the trip was Lillander himself. He was very personable. I don't speak any Spanish but his English was good and it was fun to talk to him about his family and their land and some of the experiences he had had with the wild animals there. I would...
Read moreLilander provided wonderful horses to give us breathtaking views to a safe, envigorating ride and hike to and into the waterfall. We had a little sun, some sprinkles, and short duration of heavier rain during our adventure. Horses arent a fan of rain, but they handled it patiently and were fine ascending and descending the muddy trail. Lilander was very patient and friendly; he helped my autistic teenage son (who has been on a horse but has motor processing delays and proprioception challenges) have a sucessful ride. A great way to enjoy the beauty away from crowds and a very safe,...
