If you're looking for a great adventure with fun professional people, this is the place! Jonathan and his team, Fabio and Melissa, were amazing! We were staying near by so we walked to their place (they usually pick you up though) and then we drove to the river. The whole ride to the river was full of laughter! Once we got the river, they got serious and told us everything we needed to know to be safe and have fun (they provide you with the lifejackets and helmets.) Once in the river, you're just in awe,the scenery is breathtaking! The water a bit colder than you'd imagine but feels so nice once you get going! There's a chance to stop to jump in and swim! Then comes the lunch break (Don't think it's just a PB and J sandwich.)They put out a whole meal (let them know of any dietary restrictions ahead of time) we had salad, guacamole, make your own burrito station, and dessert! Honestly there's nothing I would change! They make you feel at home and at ease. I highly recommend them, I mean it's one of the best experiences of my life, and I can't wait to do it again! We did the 2 days rafting trip, and this was by far the best tour we had in the 2 weeks we were in Costa Rica. All the guides are knowledgable and have lots of experience, which helped us feel safe while rafting. They are fun and have great sense of humor too. We did the river as well as the zip line on the first day, followed by "happy hour" and the snacks were super yummy! Dinner was also very good, just as all the rest of the meals.The guides can definitely entertain a group while cooking dinner :) The lodge that we stayed in is perfect for those looking to get away and disconnect in the jungle, seriously the views and sounds of nature will make you appreciate this world a lot more! The following day we rafted down the river for about 4 hours and had lunch half way, again, delicious food! Great company and definitely full of adrenaline. What an amazing experience we had with Turrialtours! The river, the ride, the food, the laughs. An UNFORGETTABLE experience. Our raft guide Johnathan & kayak guide Roy absolutely made the day memorable. These guys really know this river & have a passion for what they do. We felt safe at all times. They even prepared a delicious lunch for us on the banks of the Pacuare, what a treat! Sloth sighting at the end just rounded out the perfect day. We floated right under the branch it was hanging from and Jonathan helped us whip around for a close up. Very rare & perfect moment.
