Galevac — Local services in Grad Zadar

Školjić or Galevac is a tiny island located across the town of Preko. The island has cicrcumference of 650 m. You can reach the islet by taking a rowboat and ride with barkajol – the boatman of Preko. On the island is situated the Franciscan monastery since the 15th century, the chapel or little church is so beautiful, the cemetery is just small but worth visiting. There is not coffee stores, bathrooms or toilets. You can’t do topples or walk in bikini inside the Monastery only around the place where the boat man stops is allow to swing.
