Elysia Breeze — Local services in Paphos Municipality

I been going there since it opened. Prior to last nights visit. My last 2 times there i was unhappy with food. I posted a comment both times and very dishearting got no replies. I had pepsi and baked potayoe with tuna. Explained girl leave menu i be having domething else to eat. After baked potatoe and pepsi finished ot took staff who werent busy 14 minutes to come take away plate and glass. The man didnt ask do you want other drink or something else to eat. I was waiting for member staff ask what else would i like to drink or eat. No one came. After 44 minutes wait id had enough. I asked Man for bill. A senior member of staff came and asked me. Was everything alright. I said in fact no. I explained the wait and the service to him. And said about my last 2 visits. And that id had no reply to any of my reviews. The person asked if i would like drink on house i said no i dont drink now. He asked would i like something else to eat. I said no ive watied long enough im going home. He said he would look into the stff issue. I wonder if this is why not so busy now. Years ago it was busy all the time.

the worst restaurant i ever experienced in my life!!

you are not allowed to enter (even outside) with your dog. the hotel is located in a hotel friendly hotel and is so unfriendly to dogs!!

Today I wanted to work in the restaurant outside (not a single person was there) but the waiter denied me the access, because she said its not allowed to drink a coffee and work on the laptop.

the employees seems to be very scared from their boss, they all say "we dont understand his decision, but we have to follow, he watches the camera and look what we do".

The worst place and the most impolite staff in the whole Cyprus. There was no sign at the entrance saying laptops are not allowed, nothing at all. We came in politely, ordered, and even explained that we wouldn’t stay long. Instead of basic respect, a waitress started shouting at us, saying “this is our place, we do what we want, you are nobody here, and I want you to leave.”

This is unacceptable behavior for any café. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and arrogant attitude towards guests. Absolutely not recommended — if you respect yourself,...
