Río Romana — Local services in La Romana

Did not go into Romana,a higher end build for tourists community. Went on a tour to San Domingo. I was saddened to see such poor cities,drowning in trash. San Domingo seamed to fair better,but not by much. Some areas, cleaned up for tourist the rest is very sad looking. I recommend ,when traveling to this area to really take a good look around and emphasize with the people that are trying to make...
