As other reviews have already shown, yess money comes first to WG. Booked a trip with them to Sinai, and had to cancel less than 24hs after booking for getting sick. They gave the lamest excuses for why they cant give the money back. After endless give and take with them, while sick, they very generously gave me 25% of the money I paid.
