[ ] Where do I start from. They took booking from agent, when we got there, there were too many people waiting to be served. Staff was yelling and shouting at each other, Rolling eyes clearly worst first expression. Agent took money for 5 of us. 2 adult and 3 children. Bare that in mind we paid in full for our children too. They said to us, we won’t be doing the little one because we have booming only for 4 of you, well we explained to them and they rang agent and don’t know what conversation they had and they decided to do all of us. Our booking was at 4 and we were taken in at 5pm. As Muslim I requested not any men to be around the area where I will having my treatment, loads of men were walking around and there was simply not any privacy for me being Muslim. I paid in full and they made me sit in sauna for 20 mins and after that very limited times Turkish bath for roughly 5 to 7 mins. They towels stink so bad. As if they haven’t been washed at all. My girls were given Turkish bath for 2 mins each. Sauna again for 10 mins. Made us sit in jacuzzi and left there in attended. My girls got fedup and we asked them we want to come out of it. They did no Steam, nothing else whatever was offered, we waiting 40 mins for message. I asked for glass of water. Tap water was served, I was so thirsty and I had to drink it. They should’ve given us bottle water. Since then I started really bad diarrhea, till now I am suffering. Finally then they took us for message, I was so annoyed I denied to have body message and asked them to only do my daughters. They did get someone to talk to me to convenience me to have message. Clearly the experiance I already had there, I wanted to get out of that rubbish place. When we got to reception, lady said to us. Sorry about that. Agrnt booked that time for you when we told him not not. Because they were busy, they neglected us. One girl sitting there, was staff I am sure or part of them. When we were waiting to be seen, my husband asked her do you work here, and with a very rude face she said NO, what time of customer service is that? Please DO NOT go and waste your hard earned money at that place, it was horrible. My husband also waiting too long to be seen from one treatment to another treatment. Horrible place. If they taking full payment they should be giving that service too. I still am very disappointment. I am also adding a pic of this place so that u can match and do...

It's clear that every single negative review gets the standard response which is 'you probably didn't make a reservation with us because there are several places with the same name,'.

I definitely went to this venue. The booking was made by the owner of my hotel. (Marina square hostel).

The positives are: The masseuse was very good and the scrub and massage was strong and thorough. They picked me up from the hotel and took me back as part of the cost.

The negatives are: It feels like a sausage factory. Lots of chaos as many tourists all wait in a small space. There's no conversation except to demand you pay up front. No explanations, no welcome cup of mint tea.

The floors are extremely slippery indeed and no flip flops or similar are provided.

I was rushed through the sauna and steam. I had 2 minutes in the jacuzzi that clearly isn't working (the bubbles are feeble and it's not warm enough).

The older lady on the front desk is so rude it's unbelievable. She appears not to understand English. No staff understood English or were interested in getting feedback.

I felt like a piece of meat. Or cattle. If this place replaces the receptionist with someone who is charming and speaks English, and takes on board the concept of relaxation that would be great.

In detail and honestly for upcoming new clients, it was my first time coming for a Turkish bath with massage and definitely not the last. Entering the place you follow the stairs which lead to the reception area there you should find a receptionist, after they will check you in with your upcoming appointment. Something that Cleopatra spa should provide is a small talk on what sort of benefits your chosen treatment will help your body with for those that are unsure if they’ve chosen the correct treatment. Other than that no faults. I was being looked after one of the lovely ladies working there, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was with me the whole time and told me where I should go how long I will stay etc. I must say for the service that’s given the price is honestly nothing your surroundings, the area of the Turkish bath is so beautiful and peaceful, this room can really help you forget about the little things. Couldn’t thank enough, thank you again for such amazing service will be back again...
