Avenue mall — Local services in New Cairo City

One of the most enjoyable mall atmospheres in the area.

What really makes it special is the café scene. The cafés here have a charming vibe, with comfortable seating, nice lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet coffee alone. Whether day or night, the energy feels just right — lively but not overwhelming.

It’s definitely one of those places where you can enjoy both movement and stillness. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a chill yet...

It's nice but a bit shabby.. can do better for being so new. There are a few sit-down places, mainly coffee shops and some international fast food chains. I found very nice items in Venus ladies wear and the tie shop (scarves). I visited Jolie spa and they were swift and professional. There are quite a few salons and spas which I think is good. I'll probably go their carrefour at some point too. Their bathrooms probably need some upgrading as they are not modern enough and some are locked (??). There are security guards everywhere which I find comforting as alot of kids are usually running around the fountain area. I'm not sure if they have parking. The place is operating with about 40% of its capacity, still in soft opening stage The place is promising, well designed and organised I haven't been to the basement parking so I cannot judge if it can be fine in full operation of the mall Carrefour branch is fine except for normal careffou cashier crowd
