Firstly, we were collected two hours after the scheduled pick-up time with no prior communication. We were told to be ready at 4 AM but were only picked up at 6 AM, leaving us waiting in our hotel reception for hours. This delay caused significant inconvenience, and one of the guests with infants had to cancel their trip as the children became unsettled. No compensation or refund was offered for this, which was unacceptable.

Upon boarding the coach, we were immediately harassed for the remaining balance of the trip. This aggressive approach was off-putting and unprofessional.

The entire trip felt rushed, primarily because an unscheduled stop at Banana Island was added for an extra fee. Those who opted not to join the boat trip were forced to wait on the coach for an hour. This additional stop significantly shortened the time at the advertised attractions. We had only 15 minutes at Hatshepsut Temple and a mere 5 minutes at the Colossi of Memnon, which was not enough to appreciate these iconic sites.
