Good experience in general, I stayed here for 2 years at the smallest dormitory that they have (9 square meters), the price is affordable if you don't really need too much space (242€ or about 70€ with caf), there is a long table with a chair (I advise you to buy your own), a bunk bed, a wardrobe, a storage, a small bathroom with shower, WC and a bathroom sink. As the light is weak, it is better to buy a desk lamp. I have seen a lot of comments that there are insects or cockroaches but I didn't see any, perhaps I had a nice room (I was in the first floor of "bâtiment C"). I didn't have luck with one of my neighbors, she was very loud even during the night (she has no common sense like she was singing at 2 or 3 AM) and during the day... it was horrible sometimes, luckily I had my headphones. The network is good but it is very boring because every week, you have to login everytime to the platform. I have never tried the washing machine but I know that there are 3 washing machines for 2 building, 1 kitchen for the 2 building (not sure cause I have never used them too), I recommend you to buy your own electric hot plate to cook even though it's not allowed. The supermarket is a bit far, about 10-15 minutes walk (Lidl). However, the station is close, about 7 minutes to walk there and train to Paris takes 20-30 minutes. The staff hours are bad, the time isn't really respected and it takes them a long time to do something, if you have forgotten your keys, for example, or administrative paper, it is better to contact them by email. It is also annoying with the delivery when you buy something online as the main address is at the residence A, so it can be difficult for the delivery guy to find your building if he doesn't know the exact location, that's why you have to be specific with the address. To avoid losing 5 euros like me, to stop the lease contract, you just have to send them an email, then they will reply for choosing a date for the check house for returning the keys and the "préavis" (1 month) will start from your...
Read moreTerrible. It has bed bugs. I was covered in bites and even caught a few of the bugs as proof. Demanded to be moved rooms. When they finally moved me (After three weeks of begging), my new room had cockroaches. I had to ask to be moved again. The ladies at the front desk are really rude and not helpful at all. They would tell me one thing and then do another. My building also had no security or code so people could just walk in off the street. Dangerous. Laundry and kitchens were always locked. My third and final room was missing a table, which I never did receive. Just an awful experience- especially thanks to the bed bugs.
Terrible.

The rent is quite cheap compared to the location But the security is very poor, not enough security guards at night.. assaults happen too offer here It...
