We go here regulary when at cap. We are libertine and enjoy the sexy atmosphere, the foam party and the oportunity to meet others. Its good but not perfect and being sensible and careful is important. What not to take: Well you dont need a your phone with you and can't take it in so leave it at home. You dont need your wallet leave that at home. If you are staying in the naturist village then you don't need your clothes so leave them at home. You cant take drinks in with you. You cant take a large bag in or handbag. What you do need: We go there nude in sandals, with a couple of towels and a sponge bag containg contraceptives, suncream, lube. We also take a waterproof small sealable pool bag with some euro notes and a debit card. And my partners cigarettes and lighter. A bit of paper and a pen is hepfull in case you want to note down a phone number. Best if you can to book a mattress although this is nearly impossible now. Otherwise you are left standing around all the time as inexplicably they have removed the stools, a very silly move in my opinion. If you are sensitive then some ear plugs as it can be very loud. When in there it can get hectic and its fun to join in the pool games etc. If not then you can move away from the action. Clothing is not supposed to be allowed but sadly they dont enforce it properly which is disconcerting if you are nude but there are people around in swimwear. The foam is a great party and its easy to say hello to people and take it from there. Keep the foam out of your eyes as its detergent and stings. Be open to others approaching you. Intimacy is common but you don't have to. Just why did you go if not intrrestef and it can lead to a lot more. They do line the girls up in the jaqouzy and spray a lot of champagne around while encouraging lots of overt sensuality.

It can get very crowded especially on the weekend in the high season. If you don't like that go midweek.

Edit: June 2024 Be warned as of 2024 they are admitting single men so no longer a relatively safe space. Definitely will destroy the vibe.

Edit: August 2024 After a recent visit to Cap and attending the mousse party several times, they are getting very greedy and trying to extort more money from guests paying for a mattress. The process is that you book a mattress on line at €50. You get a message back saying that you are on the reserve list. Apparently that means reserve as in waiting list, not that you have reserved one. Shortly before entry you receive a WhatsApp saying that mattresses are now only being released to people who buy an expensive bottle of champagne, at €150! Thats extortion by definition. If you agree, then you justify that. Best to say no thanks and pay for simple entry at €25.

Edit July 2025 Things are definitely getting worse! The manager, a really awful late middle aged woman, is only interested in how much money that can made regardless of meeting the customers expectations. She is destroying the friendly vibe that this venue used to have! The atmosphere has become somewhat toxic although most casual visitors will not see that. Currently they are charging single men an absurd €500 plus an expensive drink purchase for simple entry. Single guys, please do not go, its not worth it and plenty of other clubs. Latest scam is to "Sell Tables". There is no posted price for a table and its not on the website. I have never been offered one but strangely a late arrival is now offered a table at a price. They then go and force a customer who has been at a table for two hours of more off it and stick a reserved sign on. Any objection and they bring in the heavies and throw the objector out. I have seen more people thrown out by the thugs known as security this year than I have in the last five years together. Foam party dangerous because staff is ignorant and unhelpful.

This is a dangerous place due to a terrible attitude of the staff, including the security and the manager. I went in alone for a dance. I left my belongings at the wardrobe and asked the staff; what should I bring inside? They told me to leave everything, so I did. I went dancing. The foam did not start yet. As I am not shy and I don't need any substances to dance... I danced for a full hour in the middle of the club where a stage and a pole is, and when I dance... I dance... After 1 hour I got really thirsty and my throat felt superdry. I needed water..urgently. What happened? The guy at the wardrobe (who looked underpaid and annoyed, way to far from caring and helpful) REFUSED to give me my backpack that had my money and a bottle of water and he turned away from me to help other guests. I speak French, but my throat was dry from thirst and the staff was not listening. After 3 staffmembers that didn't help me.. I went to security and told them: J'ai un emergency (I have an emergengy) J'ai soif (I am thirsty) J'neccesite l'eau (I need water). S'il vous plait, aider moi. (Please help me). Again he did not help me and brought me to a black security guy that spoke English and I told him exactly the same: I am thirsty, I need water. Please help me. He finally helped me get my backpack. I asked them with my bottle of water and my wallet in my hand: what are the rules... I am thirsty.. Can I drink my water now or do you want me to buy water. They did not give an answer so I drank my water. I was thirsty. I grabbed my wallet to continue to the party. Then they started to push me out. I was not allowed to the party anymore. A little girl (the manager) started pushing me out. Then the security lifted me up and brought me outside, to a bunch of police officers.

I was sober and thirsty... Imagine someone on drugs in this situation. If someone dies in this place of dehydration, heartattack or stroke.... do not expect to be helped by these people. Service and safety are...

Tourist trap! The worst place with the worst music, same ridiculous theme, same staff shooting cheap champagne out of the bottle year after year. Same staff, same dirty mattress,same dirty pool, same nasty foam machine, same nasty foam area. The only thing that continues to change is the price. 500€ for a guy, just to stand around in a place with a bunch of snobs. Imagine that they really believe that it's Miami. Then they charge you for drinks and coat/bag check. They are so money hungry. Desperately overpriced and over charging. This really is of the lowest quality of things you can get for your money. The bouncers are a joke. If they give the doorman a kiss on each cheek he let's you in. Once you're in after paying VIP, you will promptly be ignored. Stay away from this place. It's the best thing you can do. Walk pass the line. You won't regret...
