Paralia Beach René Oltra — Local services in Béziers

It’s really sad .. I have been here in cap for nine years always eating in Sunbeach restaurant on top of Paralia Beachclub. The restaurant was always full, the food was so good and the staff and service was top quality .. it was my favorite restaurant to go .. This year it’s terrible ! The restaurant is almost completely empty the food is not that good anymore and you don’t get served at all . I can’t understand that a place like this comes from the top and goes down completely.. it’s really not worth going there anymore . It’s so bad and amateurism . I hope they do something about it so we can enjoy this...

Changement de proprio et c’est la catastrophe tant au niveau restauration qu’au niveau du service de plage . Personnel incompétent pas organisé et en grande majorité parlant que le français ( nous avons vus beaucoup de gens qui avaient du mal à se faire comprendre même en anglais) . Il faut rester constamment derrière les serveurs pour pouvoir passer commande , ils préfèrent passer du temps sur leurs portables. Si votre commande n’arrive pas , si vous poussez un bonne gueulante avec un peu de chance un serveur avec plus de conscience professionnelle sera tout à coup très réactif. Vous commandez de la petite restauration chaude elle arrive froide, vous réservez les mêmes transats pour la semaine, la réservation est noté pour la semaine devant vous, par contre, il se peut qu’un jour vous arriviez et qu’on a gribouillé un autre numéro par dessus , si vous ne réclamez pas on vous place ailleurs que réservé au préalable. C’est vraiment dommage c’est la 5ème année que nous passons nos journées entières au Paralia Sun Beach ( transats, restauration et boissons) mais sous ces conditions nous n’y retournerons plus l’année prochaine ( il y a de la concurrence bien plus professionnelle). Tout comme beaucoup de personnes et clients fidèles avec qui nous avons parlés nous sommes horriblement déçus...

Probably change of operator, too bad what has become of this formerly really clean store. The restaurant is decayed to a beach house and really has nothing more to do with the Paralia we used to know, the menu is steamed to a minimum and despite all this rotten squid is sold. Previously always eaten lunch here, this year unfortunately not possible due to the breadth of the choice and the lack of quality...
