All the parking lots were incredibly crowded. Parking was a huge challenge. There was dust everywhere. There was a shaded area provided by a row of trees, but it was extremely crowded, and there was no space left there. The shore had sharp stones that even poked through slippers. It was nearly impossible to sit down, let alone lie down, because if there was a thick surface to cushion the stones' pricking, nothing could keep away the enormous number of ants😰

The area looks beautiful from afar. Up close, the shore was terrible.

There were long lines in front of the rental shops because there were no sports equipment available for rent, pedal boat for instance 50 euros for 1 hour.

The kids swam, but we left relatively quickly.

The locals were picnicking with huge coolers, tables, and chairs.

I regret the 2.5-hour journey it took us...

Okay so we got extremely lucky to get a parking spot so easily. Its was pretty crowded tho. The sand was more stone than sand so that was a bit ehh, but we had our crocs so all goodie. We rented one of those boats to go into the canyon. There are like 10 different boat rentals but not a single food thing in sight. That was a bit not cool. I mean, who doesn’t want to grab a bite after swimming. There were a lot of people jumping from the cliffs, i thought that was a tiny bit dangerous but hey, i had difficulty even with swimming (turns out im pretty bad at that). Water was very blue and pretty, not too cold too. It was… nice i guess? Not for tanning i think. Only go here if you want to go...
